Who We Are
Tracy Spieth, CPM® is the owner of Fox Valley Management, LLC. She has over 32 years’ experience in the real estate industry and has managed a vast array of property types during her lengthy career. Her expertise is her strong integrity and customer service skills.
Prior to launching her own property management company, Tracy worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial in St. Louis, Missouri (now known as Gershman Commercial Real Estate). There she was the Property Administrator and regional associate for 20 condominium associations. She was responsible for a wide spectrum of services which included:
Directed and coordinated all maintenance
Lead the collection efforts of monthly dues and any special assessments
Organized and attended all board meetings
Processed all monthly financial statements
Conducted property inspections on a weekly rotation to confirm adherence to the condominium bylaws.
Subsequent to her career in St. Louis, Tracy worked for Lillibridge Healthcare Services for over 13 years. Her position brought her to Wisconsin in late 2010 and she managed over 225,000 square feet of medical office space on the ThedaCare campuses in both Appleton and Neenah. In her role, she executed on all new and renewal lease negotiations, coordinated all space planning and managed large-scale construction projects, maintained an exceptional relationship with her hospital partner through various monthly meetings and fundraising and charitable events, and was directly responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the buildings (annual budgeting, short and long-term capital planning, quarterly reforecasting and monthly financial reporting).
On a personal note, Tracy resides in Appleton with her two sons and loves living in Wisconsin. Her passion is fitness and nutrition, and she and her sons enjoy the many outdoor activities offered in the Fox Cities area. In 2021, she hiked and camped over a 4-day period through the Porcupine Mountains in Michigan and completed her first duathlon in Boulder Junction, Wisconsin. Each year, Tracy also participates in various 5K races, the Fox Cities half marathon, the Houdini 10K and the annual Turkey Trot!
