Accounting and Financial Management

Fox Valley Management will prepare annual budgets, manage Association financial accounts, and handle accounts payable and receivable dues. Standard services include the preparation and review of monthly financial statements that will also facilitate annual audits and tax returns.


Meeting and Board Management

We facilitate Board, Annual, and Special Association meetings, including drafting meeting agendas, minutes, and property reports. Our management team will make sure the property is in compliance with governmental regulations as well as the property bylaws established by the Board.


Property Maintenance and Repair

Fox Valley Management will enact maintenance schedules, short and long-term capital improvement projects, and handle contractor bids, scheduling, and invoicing. All maintenance and repair projects are carefully checked against annual budgets and financial statements.

Tenant/Owner Customer Services

Not only will we assist in preparing information for unit owners on Association policies and amendments, Fox Valley Management will also handle unit owner requests, maintain emergency call services, handle the collection of Association dues, and be a resource for residents.
